Produced by Downtown Vision, Art Walk is on the first Wednesday of every month from 5-9 p.m., rain or shine. On average, 8,000 art enthusiasts attend each month to discover more than 30 participating venues including art & cultural venues, restaurants and bars, Downtown businesses and more. The First Wednesday Art Walk is a great way to meet fellow artists, buy and appreciate their work, and be part of the rapidly growing art scene in Jacksonville, Florida.
Stop by and view Model Relationships by Tony Wood, an exhibit exploring the relationship between the model and the artist and the dynamic bond tied to notions of exposure and subjection. Get a feel for drumming with Just Add Rhythm, or enjoy a performance by Liz Gibson of Deformance Art
Join the Body Art Refined Exhibition (B.A.R.E) from 6-8:30 p.m. for an intense visual experience that redefines the perception of body painting in the art industry. Live models on display including canvas and prints for purchase. Plus, enjoy free samples from Manifest Distilling throughout the evening.

Each month, Art Walk hosts dozens of artists, seeking to show and sell their works. From jewelry to paintings and more, you’ll find a mix of unique, handmade items from both emerging and established artists.
With bus and Skyway services along with several taxi options and more than 40,000 parking spaces, getting around Downtown is nothing to worry about.

A unique and scenic way to get around Downtown, the elevated Skyway will take you down the block or all the way across the St. Johns River for free, with extended hours during Art Walk.
