New this month, experience Yoga @ Art Walk taught by Elaina Collins featuring fun, interactive classes for all levels! STEM Zone on Laura Street • Participate in interactive activities hosted by MOSH, Jacksonville Science Festival and Jacksonville Magazine. Also, visit these non-profits: Aetna, Affordable Care Act, American Cancer Society, Community Rehabilitation Center, Jacksonville University, NextGen America and Talecris Plasma Resources. Plus, grab a bite at the Humble Wood Fire food truck.
Kid Zone on Laura Street • Pick up a paintbrush and join in on the Jax Kid Mural Project. Plus, enjoy Crossroad Magic, activities by My Gym, free swag by the Jacksonville Jaguars Jax Pack, live music, Twisted Okie food truck and Zoe’s Italian Ice.
Produced by Downtown Vision, Art Walk is on the first Wednesday of every month from 5-9 p.m., rain or shine. On average, 8,000 art enthusiasts attend each month to discover more than 30 participating venues including art & cultural venues, restaurants and bars, Downtown businesses and more. The First Wednesday Art Walk is a great way to meet fellow artists, buy and appreciate their work, and be part of the rapidly growing art scene in Jacksonville, Florida.
Stop by and view Inside Out, a visual journey through mental illness, created by the organization I Still Matter, a partnership between The 5 & Dime and Yellow House. Plus, enjoy Issue-based theatre, song, & dance performances at 6:00 & 7:30 p.m.
Don’t miss the John Kadlecik Band, Stoop Kids and more in concert. The show begins at 7 p.m., with doors opening at 6 p.m. Tickets are $20 online and $25 at the door.

Myth Nightclub presents XXCess Wednesdays featuring free entry until midnight, free wine tasting and $2 drink specials. Experience the region’s best artists, dancers, performers and DJs.

Each month, Art Walk hosts dozens of artists, seeking to show and sell their works. From jewelry to paintings and more, you’ll find a mix of unique, handmade items from both emerging and established artists.
With bus and Skyway services along with several taxi options and more than 40,000 parking spaces, getting around Downtown is nothing to worry about.

A unique and scenic way to get around Downtown, the elevated Skyway will take you down the block or all the way across the St. Johns River for free, with extended hours during Art Walk.
