Produced by Downtown Vision, Inc. (DVI), Art Walk is on the first Wednesday of every month from 5 – 9 p.m., rain or shine. More than 60 Art Walk venues stretch across Downtown Jacksonville’s core and include Hemming Park, galleries, museums, cultural and educational venues, restaurants and bars, Downtown businesses and more. The First Wednesday Art Walk is a great way to meet fellow artists, buy and appreciate their work, and be part of the rapidly growing art scene in Jacksonville, Florida. We estimate that, on average, 8,000 art enthusiasts attend each month to see more than 250 artists exhibiting at Art Walk. Want to get in touch? The biggest Art Walk of the year, Oktoberfest @ Art Walk returns with fan-favorites, polka band Dan Witucki and Mein Heimatland Musikanten and German folk dance performances by Dansational. Enjoy a traditional tapping of the keg featuring Bold City Brewery’s German Chocolate Duke’s Cold Nose Brown Ale at 6 p.m.and Oktoberfest-themed contests throughout the night. All this and more hosted by TANK from X102.9 in Hemming Park.

Carnival Zone on Laura Street - Enjoy America's Got Talent juggler David Ferman, Wiener dog races and life-sized games including: Connect Four, Jenga and corn hole.
German & Craft Beer Tents - Five Art Walk beer tents will be located in Hemming Park, along Laura Street and in Regions Bank Food Truck Village, and will serve up: Bold City Brewery - Dukes Brown Ale, Killer Whale, Mad Manatee, 1901 Red Ale, Intuition Ale Works - 1-10 IPA and Easy on the Eyes, Wicked Barley, Mackenzie's Pumpkin Cider, Spaten Oktoberfest, Tücher Weiss, Full Sail Oktoberfest.

Tickets will be available for pick up prior to Oktoberfest @ Art Walk at the Downtown Vision office (214 N. Hogan St., Suite 120, 32202) during normal business hours or at the Art Walk merchandise tent, located in Hemming Park at the corner of Laura and Monroe streets beginning at 4 p.m. on October 4.

Each month, Art Walk hosts dozens of artists, seeking to show and sell their works. From jewelry to paintings and more, you’ll find a mix of unique, handmade items from both emerging and established artists.
